Late Policy
We have a 10 minute grace period and if you’re past that, it’s considered a no-show, and will be charged 100% of the appointment amount. We know Minnesota winters can be hard, but please be mindful of the weather and leave extra early to account for traffic. Policies will still apply.
Cancellations
We have a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. All appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the appointment amount. Day of appointment cancellations or reschedules are considered a no-show, and will result in a 100% fee. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.
If you cancel/reschedule/no show 2 times in a row you’re no longer able to book services with us.
No shows
We ask that if you’re unable to make it to your appointment day of, that you notify us. When you no-show your appointment, we are unable to fill that space, and that time slot is being taken away from another client who would fill it. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment amount. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.
Refunds
There are no refunds for services. Unopened products may be returned within 3 days.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows, refusal to abide by clinic policies, or inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service. The Dutcher Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
