Your time matters. So does ours.
Our appointments are reserved especially for you. Because each appointment requires dedicated time and preparation, we ask that you please review our policies before booking.
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
Arriving more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service amount.
We understand that Minnesota weather, traffic, and unexpected delays happen. During winter or periods of poor weather, please plan ahead and allow additional travel time.
Our late policy applies regardless of the reason for the delay.
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the appointment amount.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made on the day of your appointment are considered a no-show and will be subject to the full appointment fee.
If a payment is declined, the outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
If you cancel, reschedule, or miss two consecutive appointments, we may no longer be able to accept future bookings.
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible — even if it’s the day of your appointment.
When an appointment is missed without notice, we’re unable to offer that time to another client who may have been waiting for an opening.
All no-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled appointment amount.
If a payment is declined, the outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
Services are non-refundable.
Because appointments are reserved specifically for each client, we are unable to offer refunds for completed services.
For retail products, unopened products may be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.
We want The Dutcher Aesthetic to be a welcoming and respectful space for everyone.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows, refusal to follow our policies, or inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service.
The Dutcher Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse service when necessary to protect the wellbeing, safety, and experience of our clients and team.
